"We booked in October 2008 for arrival 30/12/08. The on line information states that the Spa would be open later in the year. There is no sign of the spa. There was to be a daily A La Carte menu...which didn't change and was the same for lunch and dinner and included hamburgers fish and chips and [tinned] tuna salad.... "
